This is our "Why"

If you’ve paid attention to fish feeds at all over the last twenty years, you’ll have noticed the unfortunate rise in the price of feeds, all resulting from the decreasing availability of the traditional main ingredient in fish feeds - fishmeal. Even worse for small users, big-brand feed suppliers have demonstrated a complete lack of interest in serving niche market segments or even offering decent service to anyone other than the most lucrative farms. We won't even get into detail about our grievances with their unsustainable supply chain practices.

Here at Pisces Atlantic we’ve made a clean break from the past. Our formulations are completely fishmeal free, relying instead on a diverse variety of insect, cereal, and legume proteins, allowing us a great deal of versatility in crafting specialized feeds for different fish species and different commercial or conservation applications. We promise effective, efficient, and economical feeds for the 21st century. And, cherry on top of this rosy sundae, our products are all sustainably sourced from terrestrial sources, without impact on our precious marine ecosystems.
